The following article contains major Holby City spoilers from tonight's episode, airing at the earlier time of 7.20pm, which some viewers may choose to avoid.
Holby City aired a tragic death in tonight's episode (June 22), as Kian Madani passed away.
Kian was found unconscious in last week's cliffhanger, having relapsed amid Evie and Andrei's stabbing ordeal.
When Fletch went to fetch Kian to aid Evie's surgery, he was horrified to find him lifeless on the floor.

Kian had been tempted back into dangerous habits following the difficult day, which had included a nasty run-in with Fletch over Evie's injuries.
Although Chloe and the team did everything they could to revive Kian, it quickly became clear that his prognosis wasn't looking good at all.
Kian was eventually pronounced dead when Henrik and Max were unable to get his heart started.
As news of Kian's death reverberated around the hospital, both Jeong, Fletch and Lucky were left to battle with their separate guilt.
While Jeong was convinced he was to blame for leaving recovering addict Kian alone in the medicine cupboard, Lucky was forced to reflect on her own actions over the past few days.
Lucky's conscience continued to eat away at her following a visit to a distraught Andrei, who was about to be taken away by social services.

Before he left, Andrei had some harsh final words for Lucky – insisting that none of this would have happened if she hadn't reported him.
Tonight's scenes marked the end of Ramin Karimloo's time on the show. He has been playing Kian since 2019.
Holby City continues next week on BBC One.
