Yahoo Finance Holly Willoughby shares a first look at her new book Reflections with an inspirational snippet
Holly Willoughby treated her followers to a sneak peek of her first book, Reflections, as she shared quotes on her Instagram account.
Reflections is due out 28 October this year (available to pre-order now) and Holly describes it “essentially thoughts and musings from me on inner and outer beauty.
"We live in a world where so much is about how we present ourselves on the outside and there is fun to be had here but true beauty comes from within.”
She said that she believes “there is an alignment that needs to happen” and that she is “finally at a point in my life where I can see a little more clearly and I want to share my truths in the hope that maybe they’ll help you too.”
In her latest post Holly revealed a first snippet from her book. The quote was split across two images and read, “Letting go of the judgement and the negativity makes space for love and kindness and a passion for everything around you and what you do. That is true beauty and that is what shines out into the world brighter than anything else.”
Alongside the quotes Holly revealed her excitement for her upcoming debut to be released saying, “I can’t believe that Reflections is out in less than three months!”
She also added that she was “so excited to start sharing some snippets with you all. Hands up if this resonates with you.”
Many of the presenter’s 7.3 million followers seemed to feel that it did resonate with them, as famous friends and fans showed their support in the comments.
Model Abbey Clancy shared emojis of raised hands and red hearts on the post while one commenter said, “yes that is so true and it resonates with me, Holly!” Another added, “ a truer word has never been said, thank you for this.”
