This Morning star Holly Willoughby gave fans a sneak peek into her morning routine lastweekend.
The presenter posted a video of her morning ritual on Sunday (25 Oct), which showed a tea light beside a crystal stone and white sage incense.
Alongside the post, Holly wrote: "Morning rituals... #whitesage for purification not inhalation before you ask! ✨"

The star has joined the likes of Victoria Beckham in sharing her love for crystals and incense online.
Traditionally, white sage is thought to remove negative energy, as well as improve sleep and help soothe anxieties.
Holly's friends and fans loved her morning routine, and took to the comment section of the post to share their thoughts.
"Perfect for a Sunday morning Holly!!!😍," one fan wrote, while another added: "YES!! Love that you posted this!! Magic going mainstream ✨🔮✨"

Holly and This Morning co-host Phillip returned to the show on Monday (26 Oct), after taking some time off during the half-term school holidays.
