Holly Willoughby has spoken openly about why she and husband Dan Baldwin probably won't have any more children.
The 40-year-old TV presenter is already mum to Harry, 12, Belle, 10, and seven-year-old Chester with TV producer Dan.
Speaking in a new interview, Holly admitted that she 'would love another baby' but wants to focus on her three kids and continue to 'nourish her passions'.
'There's part of me that would love to have another baby but it isn't fair to take myself away from the kids I do have, especially when I work as hard as I do and I have my own passions I want to nourish,' Holly told You magazine.
Chatting about her three children becoming more independent as they've grown up, Holly said: 'The machine spits you out the other side; you’re suddenly going, “Oh my God! They can wipe their own bums. Well, now what’s my role?” You have to start finding your own identity again. Obviously, you don’t suddenly stop being a parent but you do have a bit more space.'
Holly also shared her thoughts on turning 40, and revealed why she's feeling better than ever.
'I’m not afraid of getting older,' she said. 'The older I get the more confident and stronger I am. In my 20s I was terrified of everything. I’d just started my career and was trying to fit in to what was expected of me. Rightly or wrongly, you adapt and change to the opinions people have of you. My 30s were better. With more experience you have a voice, and the more you use it the more comfortable you feel tapping into it.
'Now my 40s are better than my 30s. It’s like, “Let’s do it!”, so I’m just going to keep riding that wave until… I can’t.’
