Yahoo Finance Hollyoaks' Cher finds new way to torment Mercedes

Cher McQueen has come up with a shocking new way to torment Mercedes in Hollyoaks.
Recent weeks have seen the teen try to ruin her dad Sylver's marriage by burning Mercedes with a hair straightener and secretly taunting her over her late son's stillbirth, but she's not done yet.
Next week, Mercedes is confused when lots of baby products turn up at The Dog, unaware that Cher had ordered them to taunt her.
Cher next convinces Sylver to spruce up The Dog with a new cot, with Mercedes only growing more disheartened when she sees Sylver's gesture. Having driven Mercedes to the edge, Cher even dresses up as her for her most depraved revenge yet.
Mercedes can't understand it the following morning when she's blamed for something she didn't do, but Cher has video 'proof' that makes it look like her stepmum is guilty.
Cher is furious when her latest attempt to split up Mercy and Sylver actually brings them closer, so she orders a fake pregnancy test in hopes of riling up Mercedes.
The teen tries to convince Mercedes to take the pregnancy test because she's been acting irrationally, while also driving Romeo further away while mentioning her dad's marriage is breaking up.
In the end, Mercedes does take the phony pregnancy test and is fooled into believing she's expecting, leaving Sylver delighted. On the other hand, Romeo is miserable when Mercy tells him to forget their affair.
Romeo can't take the hint, as he cancels his date to spend more time with Mercy. This leaves a stewing Cher alone to dwell on more troll comments on her social media.
Hollyoaks will air these scenes in the week beginning Monday, May 24 on Channel 4 and E4.
