Yahoo Finance Hollyoaks' Shaq gets unlikely lifeline over Fergus threats

Shaq Qureshi has received an unlikely lifeline following financial threats from Fergus Collins in Hollyoaks.
Shaq has become a victim of Fergus and Warren's scheming after they tricked him into signing an employment contract and then led him to believe he'd lost jewellery worth £200,000.
Fergus has since tried to pressure the Maaliks to sign over their home in a buy-for-rent scheme as 'payback', but Sami led the family in refusing to bail out Shaq financially.

In Friday's (May 7) first-look episode on E4, Misbah came up with the idea of searching the attic for valuable heirlooms when Sami shot down her pitch to sign a joint loan with Shaq.
When Yazz questioned if they actually had anything worth selling, Misbah insisted there was "only one way to find out".
Later, Misbah returned from the attic with a golden bird ornament her late husband Kashif had picked up at a car boot sale in India — and had always suspected was valuable.
After explaining that she'd hidden the statue away because it brought back too many memories of Kashif, Shaq encouraged her not to sell it for his benefit because it was "too precious".
"Kashif adored this ornament, but he cherished his family far more," Misbah insisted. "He would have done anything to protect you, all of you! This is what he would have wanted."
Yazz and Sami both agreed that it was only right to sell the ornament if it was worth any significant sum, leaving Shaq deeply moved by their generosity.
"Guys, you don't know how much this means to me," he admitted.
But how much is the golden ornament actually worth?
Hollyoaks currently airs new episodes from Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first look screenings at 7pm on E4.
