Home and Away spoilers follow.

Home and Away's Tori Morgan and Christian Green have officially said their goodbyes to Summer Bay, with the couple departing for London following their wedding.

In Monday's (September 27) Australian episode, the newly-married Tori and Christian (Ditch Davey) packed up and left the Bay, with Tori moving to the UK to take on a new job at a hospital.

Now, in a sweet Instagram post paying tribute to her five years as Tori Morgan, actress Penny McNamee has thanked her friends, family, and the fans for their support over the years.
