TOKYO (AP) _ Honda Motor Co. (HMC) on Wednesday reported a fiscal fourth-quarter loss of $118.3 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Tokyo-based company said it had a loss of 7 cents.

The automaker posted revenue of $36.77 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $5.51 billion, or $3.12 per share. Revenue was reported as $143.35 billion.

Honda shares have climbed slightly more than 4% since the beginning of the year. The stock has fallen 17% in the last 12 months.
