Instem's second-largest shareholder opposes deal with PE firm Archimed

(Reuters) - Instem Plc's second-largest shareholder, BGF, on said on Thursday it does not support French private equity firm Archimed's 203 million pounds ($246.5 million) offer for the British life sciences software company.

BGF holds an 8.53% stake in Instem, making it the firm's second-largest shareholder. ($1 = 0.8236 pounds)
