Are Institutions Heavily Invested In Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation's (NYSE:ACRE) Shares?

BlackRock, Inc. is currently the company's largest shareholder with 10.0% of shares outstanding. With 4.5% and 4.4% of the shares outstanding respectively, Ressler/Gertz Family Foundation, Endowment Arm and The Vanguard Group, Inc. are the second and third largest shareholders.

Looking at the shareholder registry, we can see that 50% of the ownership is controlled by the top 18 shareholders, meaning that no one shareholder has a majority interest in the ownership.
