Are Investors Undervaluing Euroseas (ESEA) Right Now?

One company value investors might notice is Euroseas (ESEA). ESEA is currently sporting a Zacks Rank of #2 (Buy) and an A for Value. The stock is trading with P/E ratio of 1.45 right now. For comparison, its industry sports an average P/E of 4.08. Over the past 52 weeks, ESEA's Forward P/E has been as high as 4.57 and as low as 1.23, with a median of 1.99.

Finally, investors will want to recognize that ESEA has a P/CF ratio of 1.82. This figure highlights a company's operating cash flow and can be used to find firms that are undervalued when considering their impressive cash outlook. Safe Bulkers sports a P/B ratio of 0.66 as well; this compares to its industry's price-to-book ratio of 1.28. In the past 52 weeks, SB's P/B has been as high as 1.12, as low as 0.55, with a median of 0.73.

These figures are just a handful of the metrics value investors tend to look at, but they help show that Euroseas and Safe Bulkers are likely being undervalued right now. Considering this, as well as the strength of its earnings outlook, ESEA and SB feels like a great value stock at the moment.
