Andre Russell has come to the party in the very first game for Kolkata Knight Riders. He has removed AB De Villiers for a first-ball duck. This happened after Virat Kohli won the toss and opted to bat first. Virat Kohli was dismissed for just five and now the dismissal of de Villiers has really hurt RCB.

Andre Russell in his first over has taken two wickets and dismissed De Villiers was the big wicket KKR was after.After dismissing KS Bharat, Russell dished out a perfect youker to De Villiers. The ball took the inner edge of ABD’s pads and rattled into the stumps.

AB De Villiers Scores Duck On Return

De Villiers smoked 76 runs the last time these two sides played in the first half of the tournament in India. RCB beat KKR in that encounter as well.

Earlier in the game, Virat Kohli won the toss and opted to bat first in Abu Dhabi.
