Pooran is coming off a good stint in the CPL scoring some runs for the Guyana Amazon Warriors. He scored 263 runs from 11 games in the tournament with his team making a league stage exit.
Meanwhile, Rajasthan Royals scored 185 batting first with contribution from their top-order. Yashasvi Jaiswal scored 49 but it was Mahipal Lomror’s knock that pushed Rajasthan close to 200. Liam Livingstone also scored 25 quick runs.

With the ball, Arshdeep Singh picked up after while Mohammed Shami picked up three wickets. England spinner Adil Rashid bowled a spell of 3/35.
