DUBLIN, Feb 8 (Reuters) - Ireland (Other OTC: IRLD - news) 's debt agency plans auction 1 billion euros of 10-year bonds on Thursday, the National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) said on Monday.
The agency sold 3 billion euros ($3.35 billion) of 10-year debt in January, covering as much as half of its planned issuance for 2016.
