Join #ReclaimYourRun – Share Your 25 Minute Run in Defiance of Harassment

As part of our #ReclaimYourRun campaign we're inviting you to run (or walk) in solidarity with anyone who's experienced street harassment when they've laced up.

Why 25 minutes? We teamed up with Runner's World and asked our audiences about what it's like when they leave their house for a run.

Sadly, many of the stats we learnt were quite troubling, and for a lot of female runners, not surprising.

We decided to pick out one of the many learnings and use it to create something powerful. That's why we're inviting you to stand with the 25% of women who are routinely sexually harassed while out running by heading out yourself for 25 minutes.

We'd love to see you sharing your efforts and posting about your run on Instagram using #reclaimyourrun, tagging @womenshealthuk and @runnersworlduk. You can show your distance, your time, a gorgeous view or a sweaty selfie – anything that expresses your support.
