Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Tops Q2 Earnings and Revenue Estimates

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) came out with quarterly earnings of $4.48 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $4.10 per share. This compares to earnings of $4.20 per share a year ago. These figures are adjusted for non-recurring items.

This quarterly report represents an earnings surprise of 9.27%. A quarter ago, it was expected that this financial and professional services company would post earnings of $2.05 per share when it actually produced earnings of $3.47, delivering a surprise of 69.27%.

Over the last four quarters, the company has surpassed consensus EPS estimates four times.

Jones Lang LaSalle , which belongs to the Zacks Real Estate - Operations industry, posted revenues of $5.28 billion for the quarter ended June 2022, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate by 8.26%.
