Juno soars, Newater's Blockchain play, Adient warns

Juno Therapeutics (JUNO): Shares jumping, up more than 45% in midday trading. The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Celgene is in talks to buy the fellow biotech name, which as of yesterday’s close was worth around $5.5 billion.

Newater Technology (NEWA): Shares are in reverse after the stock was up considerably in early trading. The water treatment company struck a deal with NW Blockchain Limited to jointly develop blockchain-based, environmental protection applications.

Adient Technologies (ADNT): Shares dropped in early trading. The auto supplier warned it has identified ‘deep’ headwinds, which are ‘more severe vs. previous guidance.’ It also announced a joint venture with Boeing to develop airplane seats.
