Kaley Cuoco's Trainer Just Shared Her Intense Pre-Emmys Workout Routine

We know Kaley Cuoco doesn't mess around when it comes to her time in the gym. From intense circuit and resistance training with her PT Ryan Sorensen to training with her sister in their garage-gym, we know she works hard.

Unsurprisingly her pre-Emmys workout routine was no different – a mix of hybrid cardio/strength training exercises with a spicy (read: horrible) Versa Climb at the end of it. Sharing a BTS of their time together, trainer Sorensen captioned the Instagram:

'Little snap shot of today’s workout. Fresh off a huge travel day @kaleycuoco is ready to get back to work. Now it’s time to get ready for the Emmys the only way we know how! Embrace the grind and have fun with it.'

  • Steady run on the treadmill

  • Quick lateral step-overs holding a medicine ball

  • Skipping

  • Split squat with alternating medicine ball slams either side of the front leg

  • Boat tuck with dumbbell shoulder press

  • High plank with alternating medicine ball push

  • Kettlebell swing with resistance band

  • Versa climber

While we don't know if that was all she did (you can bet she put her all into every set), we do know that a workout like this is going to leave you ready for some water and quality time with your foam roller/massage gun/bed.
