Kate Garraway asks Sky for help as she's isolated at Christmas with no TV or Wi-Fi
Kate Garraway has pleaded with Sky to help fix her internet issues before Christmas, saying spending the festive period without TV and Wi-Fi feels like the “final straw”.
The Good Morning Britain presenter, 53, is facing Christmas without her husband Derek Draper, who has been in hospital since March after contracting the coronavirus.
Because of pandemic restrictions, she will be home with the couple’s two children Darcey, 14, and Billy, 11.

Garraway posted on Twitter: “Hi @skytv - I really hate to do this but can’t get through to anyone on phone for last 3 days - am sure you are frantic - but please can someone get in touch.
“We have no tv or Wi-Fi for kids & me not having that in isolation over Xmas feels like final straw.”

She then received a response from Sky, who said: “Hi @kategarraway can you message us and we will try to help?”
Garraway has previously said she feels sick at the prospect of Christmas without Draper.
She recently told her Good Morning Britain co-host Ben Shephard: "I feel physically sick actually.
“I can sort of feel my chest tightening at the thought of it, and the total panic about the idea of Darcey, Bill and myself on our own at Christmas unable to visit Derek because of potentially restrictions, and that huge emotional hole.
“I don't know how to fill it.
“Without grandparents, without friends helping to fill it.
