Yahoo Finance Kate Middleton just wore the dreamiest Alexander McQueen coat dress to the G7 Summit
The Duchess of Cambridge (AKA Kate Middleton) kicked off the G7 Summit in style on Friday as senior royals and world leaders came together for an event in Cornwall.
The reception was hosted by the Queen and Prince Charles at The Eden Project, an educational charity, which also saw the Queen, the Duchess of Cornwall and Kate enjoy a rare reunion together to celebrate charity's Big Lunch initiative.
Stepping out in an elegant cream coat dress by Alexander McQueen, featuring a pleated skirt and buttoned waist, Kate was the picture of sophistication.
The Duchess paired the look with her signature nude Aquazzura pumps (which her sister-in-law Meghan Markle is also a fan of) a vintage beaded clutch and a three-strand pearl bracelet, that once belonged to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.
Keeping her hair and make-up simple and understated, Kate wore her hair in classic loose waves, which showed off her diamond hoop earrings.
While this particular style McQueen coat dress is no longer in season, Kate fans can find similar vintage pieces by the designer for around £2,000 on luxury vintage e-tailer 1st Dibs.
The Duchess has had a long-established relationship with the British design house, who made her now iconic 2011 wedding dress, so it was no surprise that Kate once again chose to wear McQueen to meet First Lady Dr Jill Biden earlier in the day.
One word: wow.
Stepping out in a hue-popping magenta shift dress, Kate kept things polished with an L.K Bennett bag and nude pumps, while Jill also wore a colourful pink blazer and white shift dress.
