The supermodel continued her decades-long birthday style streak in a racy see-through ensemble
Kate Moss is celebrating her 50th in supermodel style.
On Tuesday night, the fashion icon attended a lavish party in her honor at The Ritz in Paris. She arrived in a sheer black lace dress with a black coat draped over her shoulders. She paired the chic outfit with strappy heels and wore her hair in her signature tousled style.
Sources close to PEOPLE say Moss, her boyfriend Nikolai von Bismarck, 37, and her daughter Lila, 21, left the hotel along with Celine director Hedi Slimane around 8:30 p.m. They drove a short distance for a private dinner at Restaurant Laurent from celebrity chef Mathieu Pacaud.
Lila, who made her own runway debut in 2020, coordinated with her mother, also wearing a black dress with a black fur coat.
Later on in the night, pictures captured Charlotte Tilbury arriving at the supermodel's private dinner which sources say featured around 40 guests. The makeup artist wore a glittery, mesh gown with a black-and-white fur coat. She also rocked statement earrings and dramatic smokey eye makeup.
Sources confirm that earlier in the day, the supermodel celebrated her birthday with lunch at Brasserie Lipp, a French restaurant in the St Germain district of Paris. A picture captured of Moss shows her posing with the restaurant's chef Pascal Jounault. In the photo, Moss wears a black fur coat with black leggings and boots.
Leading up to her birthday Moss spoke to U.K. newspaper The Times in September about her milestone birthday. “I’m not turning 50,” the supermodel told the outlet during the interview.
The star, who has been the face of Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Burberry, Calvin Klein and Alexander McQueen throughout her prestigious runway career, also shared that she starts her mornings by practicing meditation for 10 minutes. She recites affirmations, telling the outlet that her favorites include “embrace the unknown” and “trust the universe and it will lead the way.”
When asked if she has had any injectables such as fillers or Botox, Moss said: “No comment. Au naturel. Next [question].”
Instead, Moss — who has a wellness brand called Cosmoss offering products including fragrance and tea — revealed to The Times that she uses a variety of self-care routines to help her feel good both mentally and physically as she gets older.
She added that she “moonbathes,” which is the Ayurvedic practice of lying under the light of the moon in order to absorb lunar energy. When the moon is full, the supermodel said she “charges” her crystals.
