Watch: Katie Price reveals she’s got belly rings in her ears

Katie Price has shared an angry video explaining how furious she is to have ended up with belly button rings in her ears because of a “language barrier”.

It seems the misunderstanding took place in Turkey, where Price had travelled to have work done on her teeth and stopped in for an ear piercing while she was there.

But something was lost in communication, and when the ex-glamour model admired some diamond-decorated belly button rings in the salon, she somehow ended up with them through her ears.

Posting an Instagram video to explain her mishap to fans, Price got up close to the camera to give them a good view of her new piercing and captioned it: “OMG I ASKED FOR NORMAL EAR PIERCING NOT THIS.”

She said: “So, my ear situation. So I asked to have my earrings done, and lack of language, what do you think’s happened?

“They’ve put bloody belly rings in! Belly rings! What the hell?

“Just coz I said I like them diamonds.

“But he obviously thought I meant I want belly rings in my ears. I mean, please!”

The video shows that Price now has two matching diamond bell rings in her right ear, but not all of her fans thought it was such a terrible mistake.

One commented: “You no what ‘I think you have just bought out a new fashion now‘ I like them (sic).”

Another suggested: “Just take them out?”

The mum-of-five was back in Turkey with boyfriend Carl Woods to have work done on some of her damaged veneers.

She had previously posted on Instagram: "OMG something really funny happened today, this is a clue.

"It goes to show when you can't speak the language, things get confused! Oh my god."

Price and Woods had a holiday from hell in Turkey over the summer, when she tumbled 25ft from a wall and landed on a concrete ramp.

She broke both her feet and was told to expect six months in a wheelchair, as well as pain in her feet for the rest of her life.
