Kim Anh’s popular ‘charcutertini’ recipe is the perfect single-serving snack

Food blogger Kim Anh of Kim’s Kitchen Affair creates hearty dinner platters with presentation in mind.

Anh showed In The Know how to make a new fan-favorite: a “charcutertini” (yes, that’s charcuterie + martini). She started to make these individually-portioned charcuteries, served in martini glasses, after her sister requested them for a party. Anh shared the recipe in a few popular Facebook groups and it was a hit.

“It became really popular, especially in the Trader Joe’s group and a lot of food groups (like Subtle Asian Eats). They really liked the idea, especially during quarantine time. It’s really nice everybody got to have their own individual serving,” Anh told In The Know.

What you’ll need:

  • Martini glasses

  • Toothpicks

  • Assorted cheeses

  • Deli meats

  • Olives and cornichons

  • Dried fruit

  • Nuts

  • Fresh herbs

  • Crackers

  • Biscotti

  • Fresh fruit

Once you’ve got your ingredients, it’s just a matter of assembling them in the martini glasses. Anh placed the vegetables and meats on the toothpicks. Then she tossed in a few pieces of the other items. The martini glass was practically spilling with the decadent snack. It definitely is a crowd-pleaser.

“I just like to share my ideas that way you can do it yourself and see how simple it really is. And you get to have your own without having to share,” Anh told In The Know.
