KPI

Key performance indicators (KPI) are a series of targets to measure a company’s progress towards its financial and operational goals. These must be accurately defined and easy to measure over the long-term to gauge the company’s performance. Each business will have different KPIs, for example achieving a set percentage of return customers each month or increasing turnover by 5% a year.
