Lady Gaga is nailing Italian glamour with overlined lips

·1-min read

If you've seen the trailer for Lady Gaga's new film House of Gucci, you've probably already scoured the internet for a deep-red lipstick that rivals the one worn by Gaga in her latest role as Patrizia Reggiani. Just me?

It's fair to say Lady Gaga's beauty journey has been pretty ~wild~ lately, from showing off her freckles and natural skin texture in celebration of the second anniversary of her beauty brand Haus Laboratories, to dropping a topless, no-makeup selfie on Instagram earlier this month.

While we've loved every minute of seeing Gaga's unfiltered beauty, we're also extremely excited about one of her latest Instagram videos, in which she appears to have taken inspiration from classic Italian movie stars such as Sophia Loren and Isabella Rossellini.

Captioned, "What’s your favorite lipstick? 💄 I’m wearing @hauslabs Le Monster Matte Lip Crayon for #NationalLipstickDay tomorrow," the video shows Gaga – who is half-Italian – applying a warm, nude-pink lip crayon to her already overlined lips. In combination with her loosely curled bob and coiffed brows, she looked every inch the Italian movie star.

Anyone else see the resemblance between Gaga and Sophia Loren?
