LiveRamp (RAMP) Reports Q1: Everything You Need To Know Ahead Of Earnings

Advertising data platform LiveRamp (NYSE:RAMP) will be reporting earnings tomorrow afternoon. Here's what to look for.

LiveRamp beat analysts' revenue expectations by 1.2% last quarter, reporting revenues of $173.9 million, up 9.6% year on year. It was a solid quarter for the company, with accelerating customer growth and full-year revenue guidance topping analysts' expectations. It added 6 enterprise customers paying more than $1m annually to reach a total of 105.

This quarter, analysts are expecting LiveRamp's revenue to grow 8.1% year on year to $160.6 million, improving from the 4.9% increase it recorded in the same quarter last year. Adjusted earnings are expected to come in at $0.19 per share.

The majority of analysts covering the company have reconfirmed their estimates over the last 30 days, suggesting they anticipate the business to stay the course heading into earnings. LiveRamp has only missed Wall Street's revenue estimates once over the last two years, exceeding top-line expectations by 2.2% on average.

Looking at LiveRamp's peers in the advertising software segment, some have already reported their Q1 results, giving us a hint as to what we can expect.
