LONDON (Reuters) - Lloyds Banking Group (LSE:LLOY) has appointed Nick Prettejohn as chairman of its pensions company Scottish Widows Group.
The former chairman of Brit Insurance (BRIT.L) was also named as a non-executive director of Lloyds Banking Group.
