Lotus' Biscoff Ice Cream Cake Is Our Latest Dessert Obsession

From Delish

When it comes to Biscoff, we know a thing or two about how to use it the right way. It's great in brownies, delicious in cakes and even better baked into cookies. But, we're yet to see it in an... ice cream cake. Yes, an ice cream cake, people.

Doing the rounds on Instagram, a Biscoff Ice Cream Cake (basically Biscoff Viennetta) is launching exclusively to Iceland. And let's just say, we're excited.

We're talking creamy vanilla ice cream paired with crunchy Lotus Biscoff biscuits and caramelised biscuit spread. I.N.C.R.E.D.I.B.L.E. It's everything you could want in a dessert, and more!

We've had no official word from Iceland yet, but it looks like you'll be able to get your hands on this masterpiece in the coming weeks. So, keep your eyes peeled!

In other Biscoff news (because, we just love Biscoff), Lidl is selling Speculoos Tiramisu.

Featuring a light and airy vanilla flavoured mousse, sat on a bed of sweetly spiced speculoos, and topped with a dusting of rich cocoa. This is the ultimate after-dinner treat.

The Speculoos Tiramisu is available in Lidl stores now as part of the supermarket's Italian Week, and will set you back just £1.29 (yes, that cheap). But you'll need to be quick, we're expecting these to fly off the shelves.
