Yahoo Finance Love Island fans are praising Liberty's lack of game plan
Liberty Poole has been a Love Island fan favourite from day one, and her lack of game plan has only helped her go up in estimations.
The original Islander has been paired up with Jake Cornish from the get-go, with the couple going official and saying 'I love you' while in the villa. But it hasn't exactly been smooth sailing: the last week of episodes have seen the pair clash over whether he's being genuine, and if he finds her attractive.
During the teaser for tonight's episode [19 August], fans watched as Liberty cried over whether the pair were actually compatible. Viewers have been praising Liberty for the moment - not because they like seeing her upset, but because it shows a distinct lack of a game plan.
With the final only four days away - and Jake and Liberty the only official couple in the villa - some have suggested she's scuppering their chances of winning by being true to herself.
One wrote, "This how you can tell Liberty is genuine. You see most of us (including me) will be holding in those doubts until 2 days after the final and potential £50k."
Another put, "The preview for tomorrow shows how genuine Liberty is. Who else would doubt their relationship days before the final" and "The way Liberty is honouring her actual feelings just days away from the final. This is a genuine dame looking for LOVE GODDAMN [sic]."
