While the series finale of “The Office” aired way back in 2013, the sitcom still has legions of loyal fans today.

The hit TV show followed the lives of the employees at the fictional paper company, Dunder Mifflin. Michael Scott, Jim Halpert and Pam Beesley are just a few of the show’s most-beloved characters. It may seem hard to believe now, but the show also launched several actors’ careers including Mindy Kaling and Ellie Kemper.

If you wish you could spend a day in Scranton with the crew, Andy Greene’s book, “The Office: The Untold Story of the Greatest Sitcom of the 2000s,” may be the next best thing.

Greene, a Rolling Stone writer, brings readers or listeners behind the scenes of the hilarious show and details everything from the show’s UK origins to its massive cultural impact.

According to its description, “Fans will get the inside scoop on key episodes from ‘The Dundies’ to ‘Threat Level Midnight’ and ‘Goodbye, Michael’, including behind-the-scenes details like the battle to keep it on the air when NBC wanted to pull the plug after just six episodes and the failed attempt to bring in James Gandolfini as the new boss after Steve Carell left, spotlighting the incredible, genre-redefining show.”
