SAN DIEGO (AP) _ LRAD Corp. (LRAD) on Thursday reported a fiscal fourth-quarter loss of $2.4 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
On a per-share basis, the San Diego-based company said it had a loss of 7 cents.
The developer of directed sound technologies used by the military and police posted revenue of $3.3 million in the period.
For the year, the company reported that its loss widened to $3.7 million, or 12 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $26.3 million.
In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, the company's shares hit $2.28. A year ago, they were trading at $2.37.
