A Magic Mike Arena Tour is heading to the UK

If a night of topless men, too-many-drinks, and dancing on tables is just what you need after a year of lockdown then you’re not alone.

The universe has been listening to all of our manifestations, because in a surprising, but very much welcomed announcement, a Magic Mike Arena Tour is heading the UK. Yay!

The tour, which kicks off in May 2022, is set to be the biggest Magic Mike performance yet, and the first to be staged outside of an intimate, cabaret-style space. So get ready for more dancers, show-stopping moves, and a seriously sexy night out.

The arena tour follows hot on the heels of the Magic Mike films’ success, which starred former stripper turned Hollywood icon Channing Tatum, as well as the recent Magic Mike Live show, which was a big hit with fans worldwide. With dancers and acrobats, the arena tour promises to blend one-of-a-kind acts with incredible visual effects, a live DJ, and a series of elaborate sets.

Speaking about the new arena tour, Magic Mike Live co-director Alison Faulk said; “The show is a once-in-a-lifetime celebration of togetherness, sexuality and freedom that only an arena can hold. We want our guys to give our fans the best night of their lives with a party they’ll never forget."

Faulk will also be part of the arena tour team as co-director and choreographer, alongside choreographers Teresa Espinosa and Luke Broadlick.

The Magic Mike Arena Tour opens in Belfast on 6 May 2022, followed by Glasgow, Aberdeen, Leeds, Sheffield, Newcastle, Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester and ending in Liverpool.

Oh, and if you fancy being pulled up on stage at the show? Channing Tatum revealed his best tip for that.

Tickets go on sale at 9:00am, Wednesday 24 March - so set your alarms. Find out more via the Magic Mike Arena Tour official website.
