TikTok is obsessed with this makeup artist's full coverage foundation hack: 'Not a single pore in sight'

A makeup artist on TikTok is going viral for her unusual foundation hack.

Sasha Durant shares all sorts of beauty tutorials on her platform, but one video caught the attention of several makeup enthusiasts who not only couldn’t believe what they were seeing, but also couldn’t believe it was working.

Durant mixes her setting powder with a foundation for “full coverage,” as she explains in her video’s caption. In the clip, she dabs some Nars foundation onto the top of her hand and then mixes in some powder. She combines both of the products on the top of her hand before taking a brush and painting the mixture onto her face.

The final product is stunning — Durant looks flawless.

Plenty of makeup products are advertised as “full coverage,” meaning that the formulas are supposed to completely cover the skin, versus “medium coverage” and “light coverage” which are more buildable.

Although this order can be debatable — depending on who you ask — the usual steps for applying makeup are: primer, then foundation, then concealer and then setting powder. Durant’s idea of combining the second and final steps into the only step is not only time-saving, it totally works.

In her video’s comments, Durant explained that she also adds a few swipes of concealer afterward, then pats in some more powder to set the final look.

“It makes such a difference,” she wrote in another comment.

“I mean your skin was already amazing but that result is literal perfection,” one TikTok user replied.

“Not a single pore in sight,” another added. “God took his time with you.”
