Man City XI vs West Ham: Confirmed starting lineup and team news as Sergio Aguero starts

 (ES Composite)
(ES Composite)

Sergio Aguero is back in the Manchester City starting line-up for Saturday’s lunchtime kick-off against West Ham.

The Argentine forward has been eased back in slowly following a length injury absence but is back in the XI today, and is joined by Kevin de Bruyne, while Raheem Sterling and Joao Cancelo have been rested.

Everything seems to be going right for City at the moment, with Pep Guardiola faced with few injury concerns ahead of today’s clash with the Hammers.

Man City are 19 games into an incredible winning streak, with the Premier League leaders now 10 points clear in a title race that already looks to be effectively over.

However, David Moyes’ West Ham could offer City a real test on Saturday, with the Hammers currently sitting fourth in the table after a fine season.

Nathan Ake is the only continued absentee for Guardiola, leaving the Catalan coach with plenty of options.

City remain in contention for four trophies this season: they obviously lead the Premier League, but remain in the FA Cup, Champions League and face a Carabao Cup final against Tottenham in April.

Man City starting lineup (4-3-3): Ederson, Walker, Dias, Stones, Zinchenko, Fernandinho, Gundogan, De Bruyne, Mahrez, Torres, Aguero
