Marine Harvest ASA: New company name "Mowi ASA" registered

Reference is made to the minutes from the extraordinary general meeting held 4 December 2018, and the related stock exchange notice whereby the extraordinary general meeting in Marine Harvest ASA resolved to change the company`s name to "Mowi ASA".

The new company name has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The company`s shares will from 2 January 2019 (inclusive) be quoted on Oslo Børs with the new name and the new ticker "MOWI". The company`s listed bonds will from 2 January 2019 (inclusive) be quoted on Oslo Børs with the new ticker "MOWI02".

ISIN and instrument ID for the company`s listed securities remain unchanged.
