Marine Harvest Group ASA (Marine Harvest) - Mandatory notification of trade. Shareholding disclosure.

1. On 31 August 2018 Framar AS (Framar), a company controlled by Marine Harvest`s Chairman Ole-Eirik Lerøy, acquired 1 million shares in Marine Harvest from Geveran Trading Co Ltd (Geveran), which is indirectly controlled by trusts established by John Fredriksen for the benefit of his immediate family, pursuant to an option agreement entered into on 24 October 2016. The strike price is NOK 139.288 per share.

2. On 31 August 2018 Framar sold 1,600,000 shares in Marine Harvest at an average price of NOK 179.7368 per share.

Subsequent to the transactions under items 1 and 2 Ole-Eirik Lerøy through his affiliate Framar holds 1,500,000 shares in Marine Harvest corresponding to 0.31 % of the issued share capital.

Subsequent to the transaction under item 1 Geveran holds 78,551,603 shares in Marine Harvest corresponding to 16.03 % of the issued share capital.
