As a child, being dragged around Marks & Spencer’s (M&S) clothing section by my mum for what felt like hours on end was one of my least favourite activities.
However, since becoming a shopping editor, I’ve gained a new found respect for my mum’s M&S shopping skills.
Having purchased clothing from the affordable high street store for almost two decades, my 57-year-old mum is clearly now an M&S shopping expert.
Case in point: I once rushed to the nearest M&S on my lunch break to buy a pair of heeled slingbacks, which my mum had purchased the day before - only to find out that they had already sold out.
So, with the new summer clothing selection having dropped on M&S’ online, as well as an overwhelming amount of clearance items currently up for grabs, I asked my mum to share what’s on her M&S wish list this week.
From a top-rated pair of espadrille wedges that could rival the Duchess of Cambridge’s go-to Castañer wedges, to several summer-ready midi dresses that are already selling out quickly. She has, once again, managed to find some absolute gems I somehow managed to scroll past.
