Med Crude-Urals steady as first Sept loading dates emerge, Azeri seen higher

MOSCOW, Aug 15 (Reuters) -

* Urals crude differentials to dated Brent were steady on Tuesday after the provisional schedule for the first days of September showed stable supplies compared with August, while Azeri BTC was seen at higher levels, traders said.

* Urals crude supplies from the Baltic Sea ports of Primorsk and Ust-Luga between September 1 and 5 were set at 1 million tonnes, unchanged from August.

* Novorossiisk loadings on September 1-6 will also stay flat month-on-month at 0.38 million tonnes, the document showed.

* There were no bids or offers for Urals, Azeri BTC, CPC Blend and Siberian Light in the Platts window on Tuesday, traders said.

* Azeri BTC differentials were seen above $2.50 a barrel to dated Brent on Tuesday on strong demand for the grade outside Europe, they added.

* Production at Libya's Sharara oilfield has dropped to between 130,000 and 150,000 barrels per day (bpd), from about 280,000 bpd, because of recent security breaches, an engineer who works at the field said on Tuesday.

* Russia's monopoly pipeline operator Transneft said on Tuesday that oil loadings from the Black Sea port of Novorossiisk had been suspended due to a thunder storm.

* Russia's oil export duty (CL-EXPDTY-RU) is expected to rise to $84.1 per tonne in September from $74.4 per tonne in August, data from the finance ministry showed on Tuesday. (Reporting by Gleb Gorodyankin; Editing by Greg Mahlich) ))
