MEDIA-Ferrovial to move its international holding out of Britain over Brexit - Expansion

June 26 (Reuters) - Spanish newspaper Expansion, citing unnamed sources at Spanish construction company Ferrovial (Amsterdam: FV6.AS - news) :

* Says the company has decided to move its international holding currently based in Oxford to Amsterdam, Netherlands

* Says the decision comes as a part of contingency plan to address the potential negative effects of Brexit

* Says Ferrovial wants to ensure that the holding, which controls all of its international operations outside of Spain, remains under European commercial law

* Says the move will allow the holding and its divisions to continue being taxed in Spain

* Ferrovial could not immediately comment on the report
