MEDIA-Foreign investors to sell stake in Russia's Transcapital bank - Kommersant
July 3 (Reuters) -
* Three international financial organizations may sell their stakes in Russia's Transcapital bank to a Russian shareholder, Kommersant daily reported on Tuesday citing unnamed market sources;
* The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, The International Finance Corporation, a World Bank Group member, and Germany's DEG have sought to sell their stakes in the bank for a long time, the newspaper said;
* Transcapital's board member Tatiana Orlova plans to buy their stakes, which total 45 percent in addition to 1.8 percent she already controls, according to Kommersant;
