MEDIA-Goldman Sachs could move jobs to continental Europe post-Brexit -paper

** Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS-PB - news) would need to move jobs to continental Europe if UK banks do not retain access to the single market and lose their European passports, a senior executive told Swiss newspaper Finanz und Wirtschaft.

** "On the question of locations and infrastructure, there are a lot of alternatives," Richard Gnodde, co-chief executive officer of Goldman Sachs International and co-head of the Investment Banking Division was quoted as saying, without elaborating further.

** However the Brexit vote is implemented, Goldman Sachs will react to keep open access for clients to services, advice, financing and liquidity, Gnodde said.

** Gnodde added that there will be no immediate changes because everything is still open.
