MEDIA-Russia's Sistema to buy majority stake in Etalon - Vedomosti

* Russia's Sistema business conglomerate is close to buying a majority stake in homebuilder Etalon, Vedomosti newspaper cited two sources involved in negotiations as saying on Thursday.

* The key parts of a deal have already been agreed and it may be announced publicly after Nov. 9 when Etalon is due to have its board meeting, the sources said.

* A deal could be completed this week, a source close to businessman Vyacheslav Zarenkov whose family owns Etalon said.
