MEDIA-Russia's Sistema may buy stake in Etalon next week-Kommersant

Feb 8 (Reuters) - Russian business conglomerate Sistema is expected to finalise talks to buy a major stake in Russian real estate developer Etalon early next week, Kommersant daily reported, citing sources.

* Sistema plans to acquire the stake from Etalon's founder Vyacheslav Zarenkov, who owns 30.7 percent of Etalon, Kommersant said;

* This deal, worth an estimated 10 billion roubles ($151.50 million), will help Sistema to strengthen its position in the development market, Kommersant said;

* The purchase will be made through Sistema's developer unit Leader Invest, one source told Kommersant;
