MEDIA-Ryanair has option for 100 pct Laudamotion takeover -Kurier

* Irish airline Ryanair, waiting for regulatory approval to buy 75 percent of Niki Lauda's Laudamotion, agreed an option to buy the remaining 25 percent in four years, Austrian daily Kurier says, citing Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary.

* O'Leary hopes to receive European Union approval for the 75 percent in coming weeks, Kurier quotes him saying. Laudamotion chief Lauda said last week that he expects the nod from Brussels within four weeks.

* Over the next few years up to 50 planes could be stationed in Vienna, O'Leary told Kurier. Laudamotion will have four planes stationed in the Austrian capital in the summer season and plans to double that for winter, Lauda said last week.
