MEDIA-Thomas Cook wants to hold on to Condor airline -CEO to FAZ

* Thomas Cook (Frankfurt: A0MR3W - news) wants to hang onto its loss-making German airline Condor, CEO Peter Fankhauser tells the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung in an interview.

* Last year three sources told Reuters that Lufthansa was seeking a Condor partnership or takeoever to further expand its low-cost Eurowings business.
