Meet the Clements twins -- the 'most beautiful twins in the world'

We're seeing double!

Meet the Clements twins, Ava Marie and Leah Rose, who have been hailed as the "most beautiful twins in the world." The 8-year-old identical twins from Los Angeles have quickly amassed quite the internet following -- over 1.5 million on Instagram, to be exact! -- thanks to their gorgeous looks.

According to a blog run by their mother, Jaqi, the Clements first tried to introduce their daughters to the industry when they were only six months old. "Wow they are so beautiful, you should really think about getting them into modeling," she was always told.

"But with a 2 year old son and a new set of twins, it was hard enough to get out of the door most days so my attempt back then was short lived and I decided it just wasn't the time," Jaqi continued.

But in 2017, Jaqi was ready to give it another shot -- with her daughters' permission, of course.

"This year was different," she explained. "The girls were different. They finally had a personality of their own. They loved to perform their dance routines in front of an audience, any audience. Neighbors, friends, strangers... it didn't matter to them, they loved to be the center of attention."

Clements took some shots of the girls modeling clothes from her neighbor's children's boutique on an old Nikon camera, and reached out to the industry contacts she made when they started 7 years ago. In the end, Ava and Leah were quickly signed to two different agencies.

Over the past year, the 9-year-olds have booked some impressive jobs at brands such as Target, Skechers and Recess Kids -- and have stolen thousands of hearts along the way.
