TULSA, Okla. (AP) _ Mid-Con Energy Partners LP (MCEP) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter net income of $2.4 million, after reporting a loss in the same period a year earlier.

On a per-share basis, the Tulsa, Oklahoma-based company said it had net income of 2 cents. Earnings, adjusted for asset impairment costs, were 43 cents per share.

The oil and natural gas producer posted revenue of $41.7 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported that its loss narrowed to $18.3 million, or 74 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $72.8 million.

The company's shares closed at 86 cents. A year ago, they were trading at $1.58.
