Yahoo Finance Mom captures ‘cutest little troublemakers’ in adorable TikTok
This toddler and his canine best friend are the most adorable troublemakers!
Carly (@carlygmount) is a mom and TikToker who shares sweet videos of the friendship between her toddler son, Jay, and the family’s golden retriever, Moe. Moe and Jay do everything together, from swimming in the family’s pool to cuddling on the couch.

But sometimes, Moe and Jay like to get up to mischief together! In an adorable video, Carly shows how Jay repeatedly tries to keep his parents out of the room when he and Moe are playing together—presumably because they are up to no good!
The video begins with a shot of Carly knocking on a closed bedroom door. The door opens a crack to reveal Jay and Moe standing in the doorway. Jay, who is wearing a bright orange shirt decorated with footballs and is sucking on a pacifier, opens the door just wide enough to get a good look at his mom. Behind him, Moe stands, wagging his tail enthusiastically.
Then, after staring up at his mom for a moment, Jay abruptly slams the door. Clearly, the toddler and his canine best friend don’t want to be disturbed!

In the next shot, which was filmed on a different day, another version of the same scene occurs. This time, Carly opens the door to find Jay, now wearing outer space-themed pajamas, standing in the doorway. Again, Moe stands behind Jay, wagging his tail wildly.
At first, Jay seems excited to see his mom. “Hi!” he says, as she opens the door.
But then, Jay decides not to include his parents in his and Moe’s hijinks. “Bye bye,” the toddler says as he grabs the door and closes it.
In the final shot, Jay finally decides to include his parents in his adventures. This time, Carly films as Jay opens the door and walks into the room his mom is in. Moe lies on the floor behind him, as if waiting for the toddler’s cue to move.
Viewers couldn’t get enough of the sweet friendship between the dog and toddler.
“You obviously didn’t know the secret password,” one viewer joked.
“Obviously, you’re not allowed in their secret club,” another TikToker wrote.
“He’s always got the babysitter with him, so he’s fine,” another TikToker joked.
Jay certainly is lucky to have a friend like Moe looking out for him!
