Sure — Christmas isn't for another couple of months, but that doesn’t mean we can’t start getting a little excited, right? Joining Waitrose, Marks & Spencer and Tesco in revealing plans for Christmas, Morrisons just recently unveiled its festive range (which is a corker, might we add), but has now announced the launch of its ever-popular food-to-order service, too!
Allowing shoppers to plan ahead for the big day and collect at their convenience, customers can now *officially* place orders online until the 10 December, for collection slots between the 21 and 24 December, 2022.
Everything from Cheesy Pigs in Blankets, to Panettone Christmas Puddings and Billionaire Mince Pies are up for grabs. Yep, it's fair to say the team behind Morrisons really have taken things up a notch this year.
Want a closer look at Morrisons' Christmas range? First up, we want to tell you about Morrisons’ The Best Camembert Parcel: a flaky butter-enriched pastry bursting with camembert, cranberry, ruby port and a caramelised red onion chutney.
Alongside this, we're drooling over the supermarket's Belgian Chocolate Chip Panettone Tree Tear & Share Bread — shaped into a Christmas tree and made using tiger bread, this gem is made fresh by Morrisons' bakers.
As for the main event, there's of course plenty of turkey options for the big day: The Best Stuffed Turkey Crown with Bacon, The Best Turkey Parcels with Pork & Apple Stuffing & Bacon and The Best Free Range Whole Organic Bronze Turkey.
Not stopping there and if you're craving something a little different this year, there's also Orange and Cranberry Lightly Smoked Salmon, British Gammon Joint with Orange Glaze and Beef Shin with Black Truffle, Marrow and Red Wine Jus.
Let’s talk puddings now (the part we're most excited for here on the Delish team). Pulling out all the stops this year, Morrisons welcomes a Passionfruit Panna Cotta Star, Chocolate Orange Cheesecake and Panettone Christmas Pudding with a Black Cherry Sauce.
There’s also the Billionaire Mince Pies which we’ve got our eye on, another new twist on a classic with smooth caramel sauce and chocolate buttercream.
