Motiva's hydrocracker at Port Arthur has unplanned shutdown -sources
NEW YORK, May 4 (Reuters) - Motiva Enterprises had an unexpected shutdown of HCU2, a diesel-producing hydrocracker unit at its Port Arthur, Texas, refinery, according to two people familiar with the plants' operations.
There was no timeline for restarting the unit, the people said.
The refinery has the ability to process 600,250 barrels per day; the hydrocracker unit has the ability to process 60,000 barrels per day, according to Reuters data. (Reporting by U.S. Energy Desk)
